Vanir Development Company, Inc. was established in 1964 by the late H. Frank Dominguez. Under Mr. Dominguez's leadership, the Vanir Companies, which include Vanir Development Company, Inc., Vanir Construction Management, Inc., and Vanir Construction Company, Inc. have successfully completed over $10 billion in real estate development projects, design-build leaseback projects, and construction services.  Vanir specializes in public projects such as educational, justice and healthcare facilities, civil infrastructure, wastewater and pipeline construction. Private facilities include restaurants, hotels, and office buildings. Additionally, the Vanir companies are currently managing $2.2 billion dollars of construction projects nationwide.

Vanir's commitment to quality is evident through its exceptional projects and maintenance of its portfolio of properties. Vanir Development Company has developed more than one million square feet of commercial real estate statewide. Additionally, Vanir currently manages nearly 500,000 square feet of property.

For the first four decades, H. Frank Dominguez was the Company's President. He is succeeded by a strong management team led by his daughter, Dorene Dominguez, who continues to build on the family legacy.  The company will continue to be guided by strong values and principles of integrity, excellence, accountability, and a desire to benefit local communities with the help of The Vanir Foundation, a non-profit 501 c(3) organization.
