VANIR H. FRANK DOMINGUEZ MEMORIAL BUILDING, SACRAMENTO

Sacramento, CA

Consisting of 60,000 square feet of office space, this three story office building was designed, financed and constructed by Vanir for Class "A" office use. Partially occupied by Vanir Development Company, Inc. and Vanir Construction Management Company, Inc., this new building currently serves as the headquarters for both of these Vanir companies.

With offices in Northern and Southern California, Vanir has been serving the public and private sector for the past 45 years as a full service and provider of commercial development and construction. Vanir and its affiliates have ten offices throughout the states of California, Arizona, Colorado and Washington and have completed over $500 million in design-build leaseback projects.

This building is advantageously located near both Downtown Sacramento (south) and the Sacramento International Airport (north). Additionally, the property enjoys high visibility from Interstate 5 which should lead to attracting high quality tenants in the future.

Striking features including slate lobby flooring, dynamic staircase entry and visually arresting lobby decor lends an ambience of an upmarket downtown office building in an easily accessible suburban market. Designed to attract upscale tenants, the building is equipped with the latest in energy efficient "green" technology as well as abundant parking.

There are numerous amenities nearby which include restaurants, lodging and shopping. Nearby restaurants range from fast food to fine dining. Gold's Gym, a full service workout and exercise facility, is also located nearby. There are multiple nearby hotels including Four Points by Sheraton, Holiday Inn Express, Homewood Suites and Hampton Inn & Suites. Shopping centers with both national and boutique stores include Gold's Gym Plaza, Natomas Town Center, Park Place, Natomas Crossing, Del Paso Market Place and The Promenade at Sacramento Gateway.

What Our Clients Think About Us

We had the opportunity to work with Vanir on their new headquarters building in Natomas. We were great as a team and the success of the project is a testament to that. Their attention to the smallest detail and involvement in every aspect of the process made for a smooth ride through the twists and turns of a very fast tracked project.
