The Vanir Tower is the tallest, privately-owned office building in the San Bernardino area and has earned the City’s Most Beautiful Building Award. With 132,482 square feet and nine stories, the building’s solar pane glass exterior and state of the art energy systems are energy efficient and the building has won Energy Management Awards. The reinforced steel frame construction was designed and engineered to far exceed required seismological standards while providing maximum utility of space and safety. Adjacent to the building is a public parking structure containing 1,600 parking spaces which includes 325 designated spaces exclusive to Vanir Tower.
Tenant improvements within the Vanir Tower vary from floor to floor as they have been built out to tenant specifications. The building itself, however, has undergone major renovations in the past few years. The glass curtain wall system has been replaced, elevators remodeled and upgraded, and the restrooms have also been renovated. Upcoming improvements include a full lobby remodel. Other building amenities include on-premise security, 24-hour Amtel secured access, state of the art cooling systems and floor to ceiling windows.
Vanir provides in-house property management services to the tenants of the building. On-site staff means immediate response to any situation that might arise as well as a conscientiousness and pride within the staff with regard to their duties.
Tenants include the Internal Revenue Service, County of San Bernardino, Department of U.S. Probation and several accounting and law firms.
