Vanir Development Company, Inc. was established in 1964 by the late H. Frank Dominguez. Through Mr. Dominguez's leadership, the Vanir companies, which include Vanir Development Company, Inc., Vanir Construction Management, Inc., and Vanir Construction Company, Inc. have successfully completed over 10 billion dollars in real estate development projects, design-build leases, and construction services. Vanir specializes in civil infrastructure, justice, health care, educational, wastewater, pipelines, public and private facilities, including restaurants, hotels, and office buildings. Additionally, Vanir is currently managing 1.2 billion dollars of construction projects nationwide.
Vanir's commitment to quality is evident through its exceptional projects and maintenance of portfolio properties. Vanir Development Company has developed and manages over 500,000 square feet of commercial real estate nationwide.
For the first four decades, H. Frank Dominguez was the Company's President. He is succeeded by a management team led by his daughter, Dorene Dominguez, which continues to build on the family legacy.
